Pre-Registration

Since we only have 50 spots available for this edition of TCB Camps in California, and spots will be exhausted quickly, we're giving you the opportunity to pre-register now and get the best possible rate. The principle is simple, after paying your 250 euros pre-registration fee, you must finalize your registration before March 31, 2019.

Why March 31, 2019 as the deadline? Due to the high season, our project’s airline partner increases its fares significantly starting April 1st.

Beyond March 31, you still have the option to finalize your registration if there are still available spots, however you will have to pay a higher rate at that time and risk losing the initial guarantee of your spot. If so, you will nonetheless be placed on the waiting list in case of last minute defection. (You will of course be notified by email immediately).

Please note that the final date for registration or cancellation is June 8, 2019. Beyond this date, the pre-registration fee will no longer be refundable, and we will not accept any new registration form.

After your pre-registration, we will send you your purchase invoice electronically with the amount remaining to pay to finalize your registration before March 31, 2019.
